Body types/Character customization ⚠️

I don’t want to be forced to play with a skinny and ugly male character.
In the gameplays, we see men as skinny with very thin thighs and without glutes.. while women have robust bodies with beautiful curves, thick thighs and big glutes.

Devs, have you ever seen men who go to the gym, cyclists, divers?
Men also have robust bodies with muscles, have big glutes, legs/thighs as thick as women.

Please devs add character customization with body types and good faces!
I’m not a skinny guy, I want to be able to create a muscular guy like me. I’m tired of seeing men portrayed as skinny guys with a “V” shaped body. 🙄

As someone who’s a bit short and a bit fat I’d like to see variety in body types and not just ‘thin and muscular’ and ‘thicc’. Tall, short, chubby, skinny, masc, fem, androgynous.

Get fit, fatties! You’re going to swim 24/7 so thin and muscular body types actually make perfect sense. Go play Dave the Diver if you want to cosplay as a fat person! /s

@MellowHatbox033 I’m not asking for fat characters. If women have hot bodies, men should have hot bodies too. :)

Oh my head you silly people; why are so interested in what you look like and what other people look like? This game is about exlploring the natural world, not staring at legs! The lack of emphasis on the human component is why I love subnautica. There are very few games are like subnautica; please don’t take away.

I will say though, it would be tricky to tell the different players apart in co-op if they all looked the same. I agree that there should be some sort of character customization, but would prefer there be only two templates. You get to change the colors on the clothes, that’s it. Not the clothes themselves, not the shape of your body, not the color of youtr hair, skin, eyes, nothin. I want a world where everyone is equal and modest because they are focused on the world around them and not themselves.
