PDA entry search and additional metadata

For pda entries, whether data bank, blueprint, or audio log please add a search function. Any word would be nice but at a minimum for proper nouns, directions, tools, etc so we can find data bank and log entries based on minimal detail instead of having to scroll through them all. The entries should also store metadata such as where it was found and allow you to set it as a waypoint.

Often I will get an audio log saying something similar to “meet me at the outpost x meters north east” or “somebody lost x tool down the hole next to thing”. These could be really handy in guiding the player to discover new things but they aren’t currently. If you need to replay the log a few minutes later it’s difficult to find, and worse if you don’t remember where you found it the information is largely useless.

Oh, also the text in the pda doesn’t always contain all of the info or exact wording that the audio version did so that should be fixed. I’m sure that this will eventually be fixed and it’s just out of sync since writing is done first and then recording and programming are likely happening simultaneously.
