Optimize the game on pc for low-end pc

i am using a rtx 3060 and i going with 20fps on low settings ??? why , my gpu is not that bad , my pc ran spiderman 2 on high settings with 60fps. optmize your game alr

I have a RTX 2070 (8GB), i5 and 32 GB RAM (ddr4, slow af) and im getting solid 60 fps on medium/high with DLSS enabled - 1440x2560. You getting 20 FPS is not due to poor optimization.
