Vehicle/Player Booster Rings

Essentially, a large ring you can place in the water with the habitat builder, that remains suspended, and grants a speed boost to any player/vehicle that passes through it!

A boost ring station for the tadpole or some other vehicle makes sense, but not for the player. Very nice idea, depending on situational relevence. I assume the purpose of remote construction in order to cross quickly through a dangerous biome.

would be really nice, especially given the existing boost rings near the Axum tower. Maybe make them able to be damaged by creatures, though, to prevent an easy fast track though collector zones. Or, better yet, have the collector move them, or redirect them
