Collapse Tadpole Chassis hotkey

One if my favorite things in 2.0 is that you can easily transport the various Tadpole Chassis now. However, Especially with the new tadpole chassis, needing to get out to make swap can be tedious, and unintuitive. Being able to do that with the press of a button will be much more convenient. Now for balancing it still stopping you until the animations finish is probably a good idea (and that opens up opportunities for tomfoolery in multiplayer)

I love this idea, and I put up a feature request/feedback in the feedback menu (F8), but we must make sure that:
A) You can toggle the FROG sinking thing so you can move around easily, albeit much slower
B) The animations are smoother and the wireframe fades slowly, rather than ceasing
C) You slowly come to a stop, rather than being forced to not move at all.
