Upgradeable Bioreactor

It would be fun if we could upgrade the Bioreactor, using Axum tech.

As it stands, the bioreactor is hardly worth constructing, as it has small power output that constantly needs tending, vs the hydroelectric turbines which provide greater power and are “set it and forget it.”

Just like we upgrade our scanner and sonic resonator as we learn more about Axum tech, we should be able to apply that knowledge to an upgraded version of the bioreactor.

With an Axum-based upgrade, it could provide, say, double the power output, making it worthwhile to build.
