Collector leviathan keeps messing with tadpole

Tried to scan collector leviathan over the mining area (troilite source), it swallowed me though tadpole then after reprint I reach there and its still messing with tadpole which is already destroyed (needs repair before boarding).
Just think it should stop messing with it after its destroyed. It was 300m deep so already hard enough to reach there and just when I am about to complete the repair it throws tadpole away or sometimes catches me.
