Bioscan no longer require rescan

I feel like when you get the bioscanner, it shouldn’t require you to RESCAN everything again to get upgrades (unlocking new biomod slots and getting new biomods). I understand why it makes sense in the game since you are using a more advanced scanner, but it’s really annoying gameplay wise. I already scanned it once, why do I have to scan it again?

Just make it so scanning it with a regular scanner also contributes to unlocking biomod upgrades, but you won’t get those upgrades until you craft the bioscanner and have it in your inventory. I feel like that’s a good balance.
