New tapdole chassis (boat chassis)

Create a chassis that you could attach to the tapdole, allowing you to travel across the water just like in a motorboat. It could feature seats for your friends on the sides and a storage compartment in the back. It would be fast—similar to the tapdole equipped with the wing chassis—and underneath, it could have manipulator arms (like the ones on the Prawn Suit in the original Subnautica—which will soon also appear in Subnautica 2 on the ‘frog’ chassis) or cameras, similar to those on the Cyclops.
