Make a locker's resource sharing toggleable.

I like ability of lockers in a base to contribute their contents as needed. However, sometimes I like to store resources for a set of recipes (base-in-a-box for example) and would rather these collections be protected from being used in other construction I’m doing. I’m glad I can use caches for this but in a lot of cases I’d rather just use lockers. What I would like is a toggleable button either in locker-inventory view or, perhaps in addition, on the outside that would isolate the locker from automatic resource sharing. Whatever the method for activating it, it would be good to have some obvious feature on the outside so you can tell at a glance if the locker is isolated or shared.
