Add more life to the Overgrown Ruins

The Overgrown Ruins are a great place for a base due to location and resources but it’s just a shame there’s literally nothing there. No luminescence from the grass like other areas. Hardly any fish or just plant life in general. Would be cool if it was a bit prettier and busier like the main plateau considering it’s not actually that far down.
