Allow snapping the bioreactor to base exteriors, like a window. They are conceptually very cool but lose in competition to the Turbine and Thermodynamic generators. Rather than simply increasing the output, making them automatic, or anything like that, just let them be placed on the outside of the base and access the fuel port from inside the base.
