Optimization - Two systems behave very differently

Just wanted to provide something I found interesting.
My desktop:
5120x1440 120Hz wideboi
RTX 4070 TI Super
96GB RAM (software engineer…)
i9-11900K @ 4+GHz

My laptop:
2560x1600 240Hz
RTX 5090
32GB RAM (yeah, I plan to upgrade that)
Core Ultra 9 275HX

My laptop runs ArmA 3 way better than my desktop. However, SN2 runs smooth on my desktop, but on my laptop it’s nearly unplayable. It’s weird given how powerful my laptop is, plus having to render much fewer pixels, but it.. just doesn’t run well on the laptop. Unsure why. I even lowered the graphics settings to the absolute lowest, and it just… won’t run. Even Forza Horizon 6 runs beautifully on it.

I may be a software engineer, but I know nothing of graphics / game dev, so I just thought I’d share these findings with you.
