Ability to fabricate Vehicles from Sub1 or BZ

In Sub1, the PDA states that the Cyclops, PRAWN Suit and Seamoth are some of the most well-known and widely used vehicles in the galaxy; the backbone of Alterra’s vehicle fleet. Therefore it would make sense if we had the ability to make them in this game as well, if they are that popular they should be standard on any PDA.

The Cicada was equipped to colonize a desert planet. The tadpole was designed to operate in small underground aquifer caves. Why would they prep desert colonists with deep sea submersible?

They wouldn’t, but surely the blueprints for Alterra’s most popular vehicles would be on a PDA or something? I’ve not played the game so I don’t know much about what’s going on but I want to be able to have the same vehicles, and I feel like it’s pretty plausible. The Seamoth is also said by the PDA to be usable in space as well as land, and that most long-distance vessels carry some. In fact, this is also true for the PRAWN according to the PDA. Both are really versatile.
