Better Surface (updated)

The surface should have less things poking out of the water. Rocks can stay.
I personally think it makes the area look weird having tiny bits of coral out of water.
In sub 1, you look around you and see nothing but ocean and the aurora, not small bits of things that make the ocean feel a bit less vast. :)
