Add an inspect animation for equipped items

Subnautica 2 already has some really nice first-person animations when crafting or obtaining certain items for the first time.

It would be great to have a button that lets the player replay a short inspection animation for the currently equipped item or tool.

It would be a small feature, but it would make the tools feel much more polished and give them more personality without affecting gameplay.
