Give the Roof Listening dish, and Roof antenna large functional for long range communication

The Listening Dish and the Antenna should have a function. Long distance communication between bases. They should have a range where audio is hearable within the listening dish, and the antenna could be used to extend the signal out. Anyone speaking within the listening dish will have that audio transmitted via the antenna. Large roof antenna should receive longer distance signals
