Overall, the game is amazing, but there is still a lot of work to be done, especially when it comes to the map. Right now, it feels quite limited, and I think the final map should probably be more circular, like in Subnautica 1.
I also really miss that feeling of extreme depth and the huge, dark abyss that Subnautica 1 had. There is some of it here, but I think there could be much more of it, with an even darker and more mysterious atmosphere.
In my opinion, the hostile creatures and leviathans should also be more aggressive. I also think that the Collector Leviathan should have a much darker and more intimidating design and atmosphere.
And when you swim far toward the alien ruins that world tree is black in one part, which looks quite strange.
There is also one piece of music in the starting biome with some weird sounds that, in my opinion, really doesn’t fit the style of Subnautica.
I also think the base power system from the previous Subnautica games was better. The current one feels less precise, less interesting, and less logical to me.
The voice inside the tadpole could also sound a little different. Overall, I think the game mainly needs more development of its mechanics and map.
That being said, all those small caves are absolutely perfect.
And one more thing: I also want to thank you for the amazing initiative to help clean up the ocean. Please keep it going!

I would like to state my opinions on this post :)
The map is unfinished. They’ll do that 100% with the circle map
It’s unfinished we don’t have deep areas yet. From what Ive seen the new area is gonna be 700m+ down.
The collector is getting moved. Design is perfect and I would go insane and eat someone if it was changed. >:[
The World Tree is unfinished.
I think that music was a glitch. It’s supposed to play in the Anemone Hills biome if that’s the one I’m thinking where it does fit.
The base power system is great, though residual power would be cool too. like accumulating power.
nothing is wrong with the tadpole voice, it follows the exact formula and I love it
don’t take offense this is just my thoughts on it

Dude, it’s in EA. A lot of these things will get looked at over time, if you switch to the kanban you can literally see some of these things are already being worked on.
This has been created specifically to address and work on anything players think might improve the game. If you want to submit a big list of feedback, that’s what steam reviews are for, if you actually want feedback/requests to be looked at I suggest you check what is already being done and submit additonal stuff as individual requests.
