OG steam screenshots

Does anyone remember the original steam screenshots for Subnautica 2?
Their environment design looked SO MUCH BETTER than what we currently have, and, there was even a smaller anemone creature in one of them- the same one seen on the picture brought up when opening Subnautica 2 on steam on a PC.
I guess I am just confused as to why they put so much effort into the world only to completely delete everything (and the anemone thing) and make a new world that isnt as cool looking. When we get the next major content update, it would be great if they made new instances of the shallows or jelly plateaus biomes (like how there are multiple kelp forests and grassy plateaus in og Subnautica) that look like the old screenshots. Even if they dont look like the og steam screenshots, we still need this, because the only biomes that feel correctly sized is the observatory island, the graveyard, the Tufa Towers, and the power plant. Everything else needs an expansion or a second instance.
Please? This would be so amazing.
