Were deepwing brooders made rarer?

I have been spending hours in the Karakorum region, building a massive, cool base near the observatory since around halfway in between 1.1 and 1.2 and I have not seen a deepwing brooder since before the release of 1.1.
I mean, what?
They’re so cool and the atmosphere they give is nice, but they’re too rare. Please make them more common. Also maybe allow scanner stations to scan for them?

I have two different save files, and they haven’t appeared for me for a long time.

pretty much everytime i go to the alien ruins, theyre there. i go really early morning and i go along the early access border to avoid the collector. You can hear their calls from over 500 meters away i think, so you might have a good chance at finding/hearing them if you do what i do idk…

The egg clump is a very strong item, I imagine they’re supposed to be rare because of this. Their rarity also helps make this item feel more special. Although I must say, I do like the idea of them being detectable via scanner station. That thing needs a lot of buffs.

BTW, funny thing you can do is build something to block there path. This will trap them and shower one spot in eggs.
