Add Blueprint and Log Filters

When looking at Blueprints or logs etc. It would be nice to have filters for the major topics or other relevant topics that are easily used and limit displayed items. This would be remembered from the last lookup (maybe even a filter by contains material). Scrolling around as the list gets bigger is a real pain.

Yeah, last looked at or they are all just collapsed when you initially open the list would be nice.
