Fabricator needs a visual scroll indicator

In the fabricator menu there’s no indicator that you can scroll down to see more recipes. It took longer than I care to admit to realize that the Systems Chip was already unlocked, I just had to scroll down a bit to see it. Honestly, all of the crafting menus could use this.
