Blackbox Beacons

In Subnautica 1, using the beacons from the various drop pods was a great way to orient yourself in the map without crafting a million beacons. This is continued with the Blackboxes, but NOA only provides the beacons if you havent found a colonist in a while. if you find the blackbox before the NOA notification, you lose out on the beacon, as well as dialog from NOA about who the colonist was. YTou should still recieve the beacon (turned off) when finding a colonist before NOA, and NOA should have alternitave dialog about the colonist when you find them.
