make waypoint name paper more easily

In the buddy system update, the waypoints shrink when you’re not looking at them. This is great, however, the name doesn’t appear until you’re almost directly looking at the center. This can be annoying, especially on a controller. I propose that the text appears at the same time that the waypoint icon starts growing.
