Allow us to build a telescope atop our surface level bases to gaze at the night sky more closely, to see planets/moons/stars in more detail. This would involve some work on your end to not make it simply look like a JPG image being zoomed in on.
And if you’re worried about seeing surface features of the world we are on, then have a minimum tilt angle of like 20 degrees or whatever, so we can’t see islands and what not on the horizon.
