More opportunities to scan the Bioscanner

Right now,, there is only one location in the map where the Bioscanner can be scanned. I would suggest adding more bioscanner fragments in more places in the map.

Storywise, it’s been implied that’s the only one the colonist’s had, iirc, but the feedback upgrade for the resonator is located in multiple places, so that may be something that changes in future. May be not.
