Flounder Fish (flat, pancake fishy)

I’d like to see a giant flounder type of fish, that is settled underneath a big area of sand with only its eyes exposed, and occasionally resettles itself, kicking up sand, or swims up and settles elsewhere. No real purpose, I guess, just a big, friendly creature at the ocean bottom that’d be neat to look at, with its long fins on the perimeter of its body rippling as it moves.

Flounders are nicely camouflaged with their colors/patterns, too, so if it’s more suitable to just sit on the ocean floor and be hard to see due to their camouflage moreso than being buried under sand, I guess that’s fine. Maybe having some sand coverage on top of it, but not 100% fully at times could be nice

Baby flounders would be nice to see, too.

If a purpose is needed, I’m sure there are some good ideas. When resettling or shuffling itself, it could kick up minerals (even though that mechanic might be a little overdone). Or it could put turbulence in the water so if you’re going too close when it moves, it gently tosses you about briefly.
