Add a ROV to the Big Sub

It could be controlled from the (perhaps stationary, or perhaps autopiloted) sub and be used to scout nearby areas.

Perhaps it could be used while a friend pilots the big sub, forcing some degree of coordination.

Maybe it could collect a few items, repair the sub, etc., although I do think there’s a risk that could detract from the game’s mechanical loops and terror.

I love the fantasy of exploring an ocean using a ROV.

Maybe the tadpole could have a “ROV chassis” 🤔

Excelent idea, give it upgrade where we can attach a scanner to it and mode for automatic return to the big sub
