Rug placement

Rght now, you have to place tailing rugs first on the ground before you place anything else. This is especially annoying when you find a good spot for a rug, but then you placed tables and stuff first so you have to deconstruct and reconstruct all of them.

You don’t have to decontruct, just move them over, place the rug, then move them back.
