Energy available should include power storage

The power available/used wheel should include the power from power storage units (that have power availble that is) that is being used. Recently I had a small base with 8 power available and 19 power used. Everything was fully funcitonal. I have no idea where the 8 input power was from as it was night and only solar panels were used, however there was 1 power storage unit. When I disabled the power storage unit, the power in was still 8, consumed was 19 and now there was no life support (and the hatch was red).

Solar panels give 2 units of power even during night. Presumably from the light of the gas giant
