Allow placing of stuff over rugs 🙏

Edit: Ignore this, it was a bug I think and reloading the game fixed it. Not sure how to delete a post.

Edit the comment into saying “you should be able to place rugs under already-constructed furniture”

Too late, that wasnt even my complaint, I legit couldnt place the rug lmao.
