Faster access to modification stations

I like the general idea of placing the modding station in the second region of the world, but sometimes I see the drawbacks. For example, the Photovoltaic Charger upgrade for the Tadpole is unlocked in a region where we spend most of our time below the depth at which it operates, so I consider it unnecessary until more shallow biomes are added.

A solution to this could be to place a modification station one that activates when power is restored in one of the wrecks (still damaged, like the fabricator in the capsule, to limit it to just a few items). We should also be able to unlock the Photovoltaic Charger sooner, which would involve changing the recipe. Earlier access to such a station would allow us to upgrade the Tadpole or tools as early as the first region of the world, which would certainly add variety to the gameplay.

A few ideas for things we could create before we unlock and build a fully functional modification station:

Tools:
-My idea for upgrading the heat blade for multitool:

-Upgrading the repair tool with laser cutter functions:

Tadpole upgrade:
-Photovoltaic Charger: Faster access in regions where it’s much more useful

-Engine Boost: Increases speed by 2 m/s (10 m/s with the upgrade). It doesn’t stack and significantly increases energy consumption, which can be offset by upgrading the Photovoltaic Charger. The Sout chassis should add 5 m/s to ultimately reach 15 m/s (13 m/s without the Engine Boost upgrade) rather than the current 10 m/s.

Of course, as always, there are things that could be changed or added to this idea, but the basic outline of how to add a little more variety to wrecks, vehicles, and tools a bit faster in the game seems interesting to me.
