Hotbar and Inventory slot increasable via biobeds

The fact that biobeds may provide an increase to the number of slots for your hotbar or inventory isn’t clear at all. A simple fix would be to add a log-able entry or data bank entry regarding biobeds. Perhaps a colonist left a little something extra.
