a map feature in the pda

so basically like a tab in the pda saying map, and you can look at it and it will be like a progressivly revealed map of the entire…well…map. and also say the names of the biomes and places u find (once you acctually find them). it could display icons on things like (for example) where ur bases are (like the hud shows there distance, but instead it’s an icon with the name of ur base and the icon) this could also work for the alien structures, wrecks, abandond habitats and anything else you have planned for the future :3

no it ruins the purpose of getting lost in an unknown ocean and it would make it feel unimmersive and it would feel smaller.
