Outside Furniture

With the future adding foundations and you being able to build above water already
can we be allowed to build furniture outside like tables and chairs for a setpiece?

Why stop at st pieces? How about a functioning BBQ to cook up some grilled Pneuma.

Maybe stuff like the hydroeletric turbine being able to be repurposed into a wind turbine? also, maybe if a vent is built OUTSIDE of the water, it should be able to passively bring oxygen into the base (since underwater, power is needed to turn the water into air, OVERWATER, it just needs to bring the air in and be open)
