More vertical base building components

The ladders are functional but they take a lot of space and force you to stop at each floor. Can something like the vertical tubes from SN1 be implemented for multi floor movements? Stairs and stairwell would also be useful as an alternative to the ladders, provided they don’t take up so much space. Thanks!

I’d be happy already if the ladder would work between two stacked parallel corridors. If the corridors were too small, one might restrict it to intersections.
