Death track

It would be cool if you could see the location of your last death, similar to how it works in ARK. That would make it much easier to find where you died. To balance this, you could increase the amount of items lost on death, making it more rewarding and engaging to search for your loot instead of simply respawning and moving on.

I feel like a biomod or item could do the same thing. Like in the first game carrying a beacon in your inventory did the same thing. but without it you kind of have to just remember.

Or you could find a convenient way to die.
