Creature resource sampler

A new tool used to sample items and resources from lifeforms, both mobile and sessile.
Examples, primarily based in ingame PDA entries:
-Using a sampler on a jelly ring extracts the jelly from within, allowing for more food options.

-Using a sampler on a cerathecan while it is trying to eat gives you its neurotoxin which may be used in defensive single-use items or other complex recipes.
-Same may count for a great jaw, but only when closed and digesting.

-Using a sampler on a toxic sponge gives you its antibacterial agents which can be crafted into multiple or better medkits.

-Using a sampler on an amphora sponge gives you an air sample, which can be used or crafted into something that can give you a single use air bubble, like how bladderfish in previous games gave you 15 seconds of air when consumed.
-Same may count for the oxygen tunic.

-Using a sampler on a cherimoya rotsac extracts sugars from it which can be used in complext food recipes.

-Using a sampler on a lucifer rotsac extracts alcohols from it which can be used for complex crafting recipes (or food recipes if you wanna have fun)

-Using a sampler on a fridge worm will extract cold brine, which can be used to keep yourself from overheating to death for a while, or can be used in complex recipes.

-Using a sampler on a water slug extracts plankton, which can be used to turn it and water into a food.

-Using a sampler on a flash slug gives you a sample which may be used for a tool or single use thing to create a bright flash to stun and blind predators for a bit.

-Using a sampler on a twin sitaray can extract conductive mucus which can be used for complex crafting recipes.
