[Spoilers] Make it possible to turn off the alien turbine

Now that I have completed the early access storyline, I would like to spend time improving my bases and just chilling in the world, but my third base is in the endgame area which now has a constant loud droning noise from the turbine so it’s annoying to be there. Please make it so the Axum controls can turn off the turbine once you have done everything at the observatory.
