Tadpole Mod: Radar for materials or scannable items

The title says it all: I think it would be great to have a mod that you can add to your tadpole (or future vehicles) to have a small doppler or scanner of some sort that shows materials pings or scannable item pings. Simmilar to the radar on the handheld scanner, but without the ability to scan items or interact, it simply shows a ping on the radar displayed in the HUD while piloting a vehicle.

A small scanner tool on the tadpole would be great
