Deployable Sonar Buoy

A placeable sonar device that temporarily scans the surrounding area, revealing terrain, caves, and points of interest in low-visibility biomes. It would help navigation without removing the need for exploration, and would be balanced through limited range, duration, and consumable energy cost.
