Tadpole recalling

Add an option to the base’s NOA for a vehicle recall option, so you can recall your tadpoles, or maybe even add it to the PDA

How about an autopilot module for an upgrade slot that lets you call it to any base with a NoA and tadpole doc?
This way it needs to be added to the stock tadpole, cuz the tadpole is a base for everything else to be added on top of.
