Scattered PDAs/Notepads

It took me a couple of seconds myself in my playthrough to realise that the multitude of loose PDAs/Notepads scattered about the place display text when you hover over the. In a game were time and oxygen is a resource this apprach does not make sense.

I have also seen multiple streamers etc. follow my own mistake and click the notepad, thus hiding the message. In Subnautica 2 every action and collection of data and items is done with left click, so your first instinct is to click the PDA, thus disabling it.

Solutions would be to either have them download to PDA, to a special subsection and have location tag added to it for where the message was picked up. Or simply disable the option to turn off the PDAs and have a much clearer UI popup for the text on the pad.
