Needler Mango makes no sense

Currently the needler mango just dont seem to have a place in their ecosystem. What do they eat? How do they hunt? Why did they evolve their snotler attack? Why do they attack the player? What hunts them?

Most of the larger creatures cant answer all of those questions.

I know the game is in EA, so I hope the devs will think on these questions and maybe provide improvements that answer them. Or just make the creatures even more of a “what?” or “how does this thing even exist?” thing

yea something like a logical PDA entry on that would be nice.
