Add a Scanner Module for the Tadpole Vehicle

Please add an upgrade module for the Tadpole vehicle that allows players to scan flora, fauna, and fragments from inside the safety of the cockpit.Leviathans and larger aggressive predators are incredibly terrifying to scan while swimming unprotected. Having a vehicle bio-scanner upgrade would help players who struggle with the horror/scare aspects of the game safely complete their data bank logs. Since something similar to the prawn suit is going to be added to the game, maybe adding a moule for that chasie would work?
