Players located in mainland China cannot open or normally use Twitch, restricted by local internet regulations. For this external objective reason, we are unable to complete live-stream watch time tasks, so we cannot claim the limited Seamoth Statue and other exclusive cosmetic Twitch Drops for Subnautica 2.
We are not refusing to participate in the event voluntarily; there is no way for us to access the platform required for this activity. Many Chinese fans have purchased this game officially and follow game updates, bug feedback and community discussions regularly, but are entirely excluded from this event reward.
We do not ask you to send these Drop items to all players worldwide. We sincerely hope you can set up a separate, dedicated claiming channel only for mainland Chinese players affected by Twitch access restrictions, so we can receive these limited decorations through another method after this Twitch event ends.
