Command Desk module

It would be great to bring the functions of the Command Room from Below Zero into a simple, placeable desk. This idea came to me from the Scanner Room. In previous games, it was a whole separate room, but in this game, it is a placeable indoor module. I think integrating the Command Room functions (like power grid management, base colors, and other features) into a desk would be the most elegant solution.
