Homage to Charles Darwin - biome

A biome or region akin to the Galápagos Islands, consisting of multiple underwater floating islands or pillars, each with its own distinct geography, resources, and flora/fauna. A specific species can be found throughout the biome, but depending on which pillar/island it is on, it has evolved differently to adapt to each pillar/island’s specific ecosystem (just like Darwin’s finches).

Not only could this be an awesome biome that allows for tons of exploration, it also works as a sort of homage to Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution.
