I keep seeing suggestions on this board from people wanting you to transform Subnautica into a horror game, and I just want to register my strong disagreement with this sentiment. To me, Subnautica has never been a horror game, it has never been particularly scary, and fear has never been a part of my experience playing these games. Intentionally trying to make things scarier or transform this into a horror game would wreck the experience. Please just follow whatever your original vision is for this.
There are lots of horror games. Subnautica doesn’t need to be one of them!
