wavemaker and dash

The dash seems to be the most op biomod with it being the biomod everyone uses would it be accepteble to move to the dash ablity to the wavemakers(keep the cooldown but make it drain a percentage of the battey) I think it would allow for more expression with the biomods for the individuals
